All artwork is subject to copyright and remains the intellectual and sole creative property of Rebecca Anne Brady.

This includes the purchase of original artworks and prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. Additionally, the purchase of any work does not grant permission to mint the piece into an NFT.

It may not be distributed, printed or copied (for personal or corporate use) without permission.

Art Prints

All Art Prints are locally printed on SIHL Creative Smooth Cotton Rag 320gsm. A 100% cotton fibre bright white fine smooth art paper which is acid and lignin free. All prints include a 30mm white border.

Canvas prints are printed on a Premium 350gsm canvas which has a high whiteness, superior colour brilliance and image definition. All canvas prints come rolled in a tube ready for stretching.

Please note that the colours of the final print may differ slightly from the colours you are seeing on your monitor. Each monitor displays colour slightly differently, and we cannot guarantee that what you are seeing is a true representation of the final product.

Refund & Returns

Shipping

All paper prints and canvases are packed professionally in acid free tissue paper, rolled in a tube, and shipped via Australia Post. Originals and Textiles are shipped direct to your door via our trusted couriers. Tracking information is provided to you once your order has been dispatched. International purchases of original paintings and textiles will be removed from frames, rolled, and sent in a mail tube to protect artworks during transit.

When will my artwork arrive?

All prints are made to order – please allow a processing time of up to two weeks for printing and curing, then add on delivery which can vary depending on your location.

Duties & Taxes

Rebecca Anne Brady Studio is not liable for any import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and textiles.

It is the customers responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
