2. Art Prints
All fine art prints are professionally printed using high-quality materials to ensure rich colour, fine detail, and lasting vibrancy. Each print includes a white border for ease of framing and presentation. Canvas prints are carefully produced to showcase strong colour depth and image clarity. Rolled canvases are shipped in sturdy mailing tubes and arrive ready for stretching or framing. If you’ve chosen a framed canvas, it will be safely delivered to your door using our trusted courier partners. Please note that slight colour variations may occur between what you see on your screen and the final artwork. Every device displays colour differently, so we cannot guarantee an exact match to digital previews.

3. Orders & Payments
We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate at the time of publication. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before any order is processed. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations, so please choose carefully.

4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch your artwork with care and within the stated timeframes. However, shipping times may vary due to location, customs, or external delays. Any customs fees, VAT, or taxes incurred at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges
As most pieces are made to order or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any information you provide is treated with care and used only for order fulfilment, communication, and improving your experience on our site. We never share or sell your details.

7. Changes to Terms
